Description
Our SINE Sinusoidal Single Frequency transmittance patterns have proved to be very useful for specialized MTF measurements as well as for such applications as Moiré© contouring. They are made on film base material with a thickness of 7 mils (0.175 mm). This material is polyester and tends to be somewhat birefringent. The harmonic modulation values are generally 2% or less. Minimum densities are approximately 0.2 and the average transmittance is about 30%.
The table below lists of stock spatial frequencies. The first dimension in the table is along the length of the lines. All frequencies listed are available cemented between 50 mm which as total thickness of 2.26mm (0.09 inch).
